1. Services

Atlas Legal & Marketing Intelligence LLC ("Company", "we", "us") provides marketing strategy, competitive intelligence, and marketing-related consulting services exclusively for law firms and legal businesses.

These Terms govern your use of our website and any engagement with our services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Payment

Payment terms for services are specified in individual service agreements. All fees are due as outlined in the applicable agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

3. Confidentiality

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose, share, or reference your firm's name, data, strategy, or any information shared in the course of our engagement without your explicit written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Legal & Marketing Intelligence LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

5. Intellectual Property

All strategies, reports, frameworks, and deliverables produced by Atlas Legal & Marketing Intelligence LLC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, deliverables become the property of the client for their intended use.

6. No Legal Advice

Atlas Legal & Marketing Intelligence LLC is a marketing and strategic intelligence firm. Nothing in our services, website, or communications constitutes legal advice. We do not provide legal services or legal representation.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
